These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services operated by HYDROLABS LLC (“HydroLabs”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order to the extent permitted by law, including (without limitation) orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, orders involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory limitations.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your information so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

7) Shipping and delivery
Shipping timelines shown on the site are estimates and are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where otherwise required by law. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you believe it is missing, contact us promptly so we can assist with next steps (which may include a carrier claim).

8) Subscriptions and recurring billing (if applicable)
If you purchase a product as a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency and price disclosed at checkout until you cancel.

Cancellation: You can cancel a subscription at any time through your customer account portal (if available) or by contacting us at hello@hydrolabs.info. To avoid being charged for the next renewal, you must cancel before your next billing date. Cancellation applies to future billing cycles only.

We may change subscription pricing from time to time, but we will provide notice as required by applicable law before changes take effect.

9) Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy posted on our website. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Return & Refund Policy, the Return & Refund Policy will control for return/refund matters.

10) Third-party tools and links
We may provide access to third-party tools or links to third-party websites. We do not monitor or control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

11) User content (reviews, comments, submissions)
If you submit comments, reviews, suggestions, ideas, photos, videos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant HydroLabs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in any media for the purpose of operating, marketing, and improving our business. You represent that you own or control all rights in your User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

We have no obligation to (1) maintain any User Content in confidence, (2) pay compensation for it, or (3) respond to it. We may remove User Content at any time.

12) Privacy
Your submission of personal information through the site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

13) Security and communications
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. Do not send payment card information to us by email. By using the site, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (such as by email or site notices).

14) Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

15) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYDROLABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HYDROLABS LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO HYDROLABS LLC FOR THE PRODUCT(S) OR SERVICE(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

16) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HYDROLABS LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

17) Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

18) Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the site at any time, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, to the extent permitted by law.

19) Governing law and venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts, unless applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on our site and updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
